I was truly saddened to hear of Pat's passing. She was always the friendliest person. When she would see me she would call my name and we'd enjoy chatting for a bit. Once even when I was on a trip to New York. We loved talking about travel and her condo. Please know you have my deepest sympathy.

Dear Aunt Margie, Brother Ed (the football player), Nephew Ed and Sarah (who met in Colorado), and Debbie (great carpet),
Please know that you have my heart-felt sympathy about your loss of Pat.
I have lived in the Chanticleer and Pittsburgh for just over three years now. I was a stranger who knew barely anything about the area and did not have friends to do things with. Pat took me under her wing and took me to many different places and events in Pittsburgh. She took me on my first trolley ride. She became a good friend, one with whom I could talk about everything including personal. She was even a good listener. She had a great sense of humor. I will miss my friend and my buddy.
All my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time and the time to come.
Susan Miller

Im sorry. I just happen to look her up. Miss Plachecki was my 3rd grade teacher at Rennerdale. She had the most impact on me. My 12 year brother was killed in a hunting accident in October 1972. We moved. Miss Plachecki would come to my new house to bring me to school to finish out the year at Rennerdale. I could never talk about my big brother to my parents because it upset them. Miss Plachecki was there for me. She was my strength. I wanted her for my teacher always. Im so sorry for being late
