Larry is one of the best people we have ever met. When we first began having Larry and Lexi watch our boys, we knew he was special, but we never could have expected the incredible positive impact he would have on our family. We love and miss him very much. -Urbanek Family

Alexis and family, I am sorry to hear of your loss? Larry and I spent many days together working in the advertising department of the Pittsburgh Press. He always made me smile and that’s such a special way to remember him. John Crisafi

My Deepest Sympathy over the loss of your loved one. I worked with Larry many years at the PG and there was no greater salesman ever born! He was as charming as he was handsome. He was always dapper every day which he attributed to his wife because he was color blind. He actually taught me to be more kind. He truly made the Post Gazette a happier place and was/is missed by us all.
God Bless!

It has been almost a decade since Larry, Lexi and their family entered our lives as caretakers of our grand children, Stone and Penn.
The unconditoional, selfless love they shared with those young men has been a god sent blessing. The life lessons and model companianshi[p left an indeliable mark which they will carry with them into adolesence and adulthood.
A man of quiet demeanor and grace, Larry exemplified the stoic virtues , wisdom and courage. He stood as a nurturing influence , not only to Stone and Penn, but to his family and ours.
We are indeed fortunate that he left such an enduring legacy.
