My heart is broken with the news of Lorrie's passing. The Caruso family will always hold a special place in our hearts (Harris family - Steve, Susan, Natalie, Laura and Kelly). Living next door to Sam, Lorrie, Thomas and Martina for several years, never has there been a more loving welcome than that of the Caruso's. Lorrie and Sam went out of their way to make us feel like an extended family to them. I will never forget those years. Thank you, Sam and Lorrie. Much love and support for you all. My Bestie, cousin, Sister by heart, I will hever forget all our fun times together. Irene and I meeting you under Kaufman's clock....we were so young meeting for shopping, a movie and lunch. Our trips, so many laughs....and tears. I will never forget you just suddenly bursting out in song.....I'm going to continue to give you my look whenever I hear one of those songs and "hear" you singing it. We had 63 wonderful years of memories. I am devastated losing you at our age, we had so much more to do together. Of course Sam, Thomas, Becca, Isabella, Martina, Michael and Milo as well as your siblings Earl, Karen, Dianne, Joanne and Tommy and all your extended family have my love and support.

I am truly sorry to hear of Lorrie’s passing. I didn’t know her well but after reading the glowing tributes to her I’m certain of the devastating sense of loss in your families. In your grief, I hope that you can find comfort in many fond memories of her, and that even though she departed sooner than you wanted, God abundantly blessed you with her life. I apologize that I will not be able to pay my respects in person, but please know that you and Lorrie are all in my prayers. My Mom also sends her condolences and promise of prayers.

Mrs Caruso was our Son Anthony John’s ccd teacher her during his Communion year. A wonderful woman and a consummate volunteer. I also taught with her as a CCD substitute and during Bible Camp. What a wonderful woman. Sincere sympathy to you all.
