Obituary of Gary Louis Beccari

Age 77, of Ross Twp., on August 21, 2023. Beloved son of the late Louis and Beatrice (Carr) Beccari and cherished partner of Winreed Hussak; also survived by many cousins and a family of devoted friends. Gary was a 1964 graduate of South Fayette high school. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1969 and went on to complete his master’s in education at Duquesne University in 1971. Gary retired as an elementary school teacher for Pittsburgh Public Schools. Family and friends received on Tuesday from 5-7 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a service will immediately follow at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rheumatoid Arthritis, the Alzheimer’s Association, or the American Cancer Society.
