I could never express in words what Aunt Joann meant to me and my family. I can vividly remember how excited we always were when we would get to visit at Aunt Joanns. She was always thrilled and happy to see whoever came over, and before you knew it, there was a table full of food, and you had to eat, or it was an insult. She was always giving of whatever she had, whether it was a piece of lasagna, a meatball, or a stuffed artichoke leftover from one of her Xmas feasts. If you were visiting, you were eating! But most of all, she gave of herself, and that’s what I’ll remember most about my Aunt Joann. She was always there for anyone and everyone. You will be missed by so many, but never ever forgotten. Thanks for all the great memories.
