Obituary of Rev. Richard C. Yagesh

Yagesh Rev. Richard C. Age 69, of Stanton Heights, was called home by God on June 17, 2022.Beloved son of the late John and Amelia (Fabec) Yagesh, loving brother of Robert (Nancy) Yagesh, Janice (David) Penkrot and the late John (late Emma Jean) Yagesh, uncle of Christopher (Maureen) Yagesh, Allison (Robert) Wilkinson and Robert Yagesh, Jr., great-uncle of Brendan, Kaitlyn, and Ryan Yagesh, Greer, River and Aspen Wilkinson. Fr. Yagesh served as a Chaplain in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Captain, after 26 years of service. After his military career, he came a Parish Priest, in 2009, at Holy Child Parish, Bridgeville. He became Pastor at Holy Child Parish until he retired, due to health conditions. He will be sadly missed by his three fur babies. Friends received Monday, 4-7 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville.
