I’m sorry for the family’s loss. I had been volunteering to check in on folks from the church. I had been speaking with Joan regularly for the last two years. I knew she’d been ill but just found out she had passed. I always enjoyed our talks. You have my condolences.

Joan became my best and faithful friend. She bred her Maine Coon cats. I had a pretty household cat and wanted to show her in a cat show. A groomer gave me Joan's phone number saying I could find out how to enter my cat. Joan arranged that we would be next to each other. We have been like Sisters for 40 years. We traveled together to many interesting places. I will miss her so very much but know we will meet again in heaven. Joan was a strong believer in our Lord and Saviour.
