Obituary of Beatrice Carr Beccari

Beccari Beatrice Carr Age 91, of South Fayette Twp. It is with great sadness that I must tell you of the death of my mother, Beatrice Carr Beccari on Friday, April 19, 2013. After bravely, battling severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years, an infection, as well as dementia, quickly overcame her. She was the daughter of Mary Stoll Carr and Raymond F. Carr deceased. My mother was the wife of Louis Beccari who unexpectedly died in 1957 soon after my mother and he had just completed building their dream home. After, almost 92 years, she still believed that it was the most wonderful house in existence and the only one she ever wanted to live in. I, Gary Louis Beccari, am their son. My mother"s younger sister is currently living is Honolulu Hawaii with her son Louis and friend Yoshi who continually, lovingly care for her. My mother"s brother Raymond W. "Bud" Carr and my mother"s youngest sister, Audrey Cleric Semanick are previously deceased. My mother has 20 nephews and nieces through out the United States and many great & great-great nephews and nieces. My mother was dedicated to Federal United Methodist Church and South Fayette Elementary School, where she worked as a secretary until retiring at 72. She loved her work but most of all she loved the many people that made each day better for her with their love, understanding and caring as she cared for her aging mother, my grandmother. She was a member of Federal United Methodist Church longer than I can remember and was directly involved in all aspects of the Church. My mother was devoted, determined and loving. She was my mother and I will miss her every day with all my love. My grandmother would always say, it"s a great life if you don"t weaken." My mother never weakened. Friends received Sunday, 7-9 PM and Monday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, at which time a service will be held at 8 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333).
