Obituary of Carol A. Beighle

Beighle Carol (Shinshasky) Age 70, of Cecil Twp., died Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Country Meadows, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 1, 1946, in Canonsburg. A daughter of Frank and Catherine Malinak Shinshasky. On July 27, 1968, she married Jim Beighle, who survives. A graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and California University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Beighle was a retired school teacher at South Central Elementary School, Canon- McMillan School District. She was an avid sports fan of high school wrestling and football, loudly cheering for her beloved Big Macs. Above all “Soph” loved her family. Always hosting holiday parties as well as summer cookouts, anything to bring her family together as much as possible. Surviving along with her husband Jim are two twin sons; Brad (Ayana Ledford) Beighle of Ross Twp. and Chad Beighle of Mt. Lebanon, a grandson Kai Beighle, a sister; Debbie (Keith Kraniak) Reese of Canonsburg, two brothers; Thomas (Mary Ann) Shinshasky of Canonsburg and Frank J. (Karen) Shinshasky of Hickory, a brother-in-law; Joe (Stephanie) Fonagy of Cecil, two nieces; Jennifer Shinshasky and Megan Fonagy and three nephews; Jeffrey Shinshasky, Matthew Fonagy and Joey Fonagy. Deceased is a sister; Cathy Fonagy, and two nieces; Caitlin and Christine Fonagy. Also survived by many loving cousins. Friends received Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 10 AM, at St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg, with the Rev. Phil Przybyla as Celebrant. Interment to follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Canonsburg.
