Obituary of Joseph A. Nardei

Nardei, Jr. Joseph Anthony Age 87, of Bridgeville, PA, passed away peacefully at Shadyside Hospital on Sunday, February 9, 2014. He was born in Burgettstown, PA to the late Frances (Jeffrey) and Joseph A. Nardei, Sr. After serving in the US Army, he was a Master Carpenter for the Nardei Construction Co. He then ran a diposal unit for Duquesne Light Company before retirement. Joe is predeceased by his first wife, Winifred (Muschweek) and second wife, Lucy (Ramello, Andreone). He is survived by stepchildren; Teresa Andreone (Jon Deuchler) of St. Louis, MO, Robert (Kathryn) Andreone, Jr.of Landenberg, PA, Patrick E. (Joyce) Andreone of Cranberry Twp., PA. Also survived by a brother, John (Clara) Nardei of Upper St. Clair, PA. He is survived by 5 step grandchildren; Ashley Andreone, Kathleen Andreone, Angelica (Anthony Joseph) Martrano, Nicholas Andreone, and Kevin Andreone. He is survived by grandchildren, Shawn (Rachel) Nardei, Christopher Nardei, and Ashley Nardei. He is also survived by two great grandchild and 5 nieces and 3 nephews. He is also predeceased by one son; Keith Nardei and 2 brothers; Carl Nardei and Anthony Nardei. Friends and family will be received in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc. 3060 Washington Pike, (412-221-3333) on Wednesday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am at Our Lady of Grace Church. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: American Red Cross, 225 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Friends and family will be received in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am at Our Lady of Grace Church. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park.
