Please know that circumstances beyond my control forbid me from Mike's last viewing. Mike was quick witted and hard working. As a coworker and a friend, he will be sorely missed! We are truly sorry for your loss.

You have our deepest sympathy....Carl and I have never been more surprised to hear of Mike's passing. Carol and I had just talked on the phone on Thursday and I get a call on Saturday morning...words are not enough at this time.
