I was very to sorry to hear the sad news about Tim. He was such a good man who truly loved his family and life. We had a good time during the mortgage years and enjoyed many Formula One races and golf outings. He was truly a good man who was loved by all. The world is a sadder place without Tim.

Diane and Ryan,
We just heard of your dear husband and father's passing. We are so sorry for your loss. Ryan, your dad was so proud of you and always shared your news with us as we walked the dogs. Diane, the last time I saw you and Tim we were at the park and I was stranded. Of course Tim helped out in all ways and it meant so much to me. Please know you are both in our thoughts and prayers now and always. Shelley and David.

Diane and Ryan- We have just heard of the passing of Tim and wanted to let you know how very sorry we are for your loss. We were fondly remembering our time with your family in baseball when the boys were young and how Tim was always a pleasure to spend time with. May you find peace and comfort in those around you and with those that share in your grief.

I am so sorry for your loss. I just recently met Tim in June at a Florida company meeting and struck up a short but valued friendship. May God Bless You and Your Family!

My heart aches for you Diane and Ryan, and for all of us. There is no way to prepare for, or describe the feelings of loss because of this tragedy.
Tim was one of a kind, a truly special individual. He gave so much to those around him, even more than he or they realized, through humor, an infectious positive attitude and a genuine curiosity about people. He always, always put a smile on their faces and a better outlook in their hearts. That was his gift and one he shared freely and unconditionally. A world without him is less.
I knew Tim for only a few short years, but I"m a better person because of it. I"ll remember things that he said and did fondly, and I"m sure will draw upon them as a guide for my own actions. In that sense, his gift remains in all who got to know him. I feel privileged that I did.
Sincerely,
Erich Dagnal

Dear Diane and Ryan, Butch, Joe and Paul. Tim was always an inspiration with his infectious smile and great outlook on life. We spent a lot of time together growing up as cousins and those memories will stay with me. We will pray that God welcomes Tim into Heaven where he will be reunited with Uncle Nin and Aunt Marie.

I can't express the sympathy I have in my heart right now. I met Timmy through Proficio Mortgage where we both had our own branches. I never met him in person but we spoke many times over the terrible company we worked for. We spoke a lot about hockey for both of our boys played ice hockey. He was very proud of Ryan. It seemed like I knew Timmy all my life. It breaks my heart that I never got to meet him in person. He had such a great personality and he made me laugh all the time. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and I will miss Timmy! God bless!

I want to express my sincere sorrow at the loss of Tim. He always brought a smile to my face when our paths crossed. He was the type of individual the brought light into a room when he arrived and left with many a new friend.
I can not imagine the sorrow you must be feeling at this moment, but pray it passes easily as it can and that your memories of Tim keep you warm.
Sincerely,
Neil Notkin
