Obituary of John J. Kerbert

Kerbert John J. Age 86, of Bridgeville, formerly of Shadyside, on December 15, 2012. Son of the late William and Delia Kerbert, beloved husband of the late Mary (Strom) Kerbert, loving father of Susan (Joseph) Testa, Andrea (David) Kalina both of South Fayette and Karen Hargrave of Courtland, OH, grandfather of Nicholas Cacella, Jacqulyn, Alexandra and Taylor Kalina and Joseph Testa Jr., brother of Nora Kerbert, Peggy Beck and the late William Kerbert. Mr. Kerbert was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy and a graduate of Central Catholic H.S. and Duquesne University. A retired executive director of the American Legion and he was very active in the Greyhound Rescue Organization. Friends received Wednesday, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333).A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 1 PM, in Holy Child Parish.
