Obituary of Mary Woodward

Woodward Betty (Townsend) Age 93, of Bridgeville, on December 5, 2012. Wife of the late Jesse B. Woodward. Mother of Thomas (Siobhan) Woodward and Ruth (Stanley) Underwood. Grandmother of Thomas (Meredith) Woodward, Karalee (Frank) Nelson, Jessica (Daryl) Mitchell, and Joseph (Kathy) Underwood. Great-grandmother of Ashton Mitchell, Jacob and Kaycee Nelson, Abigail Mitchell, and Emma Underwood. Sister of Margaret (Regis) Morganti, John (Georgina) Townsend, and Catherine (the late Eugene) Viola. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Betty was a lifetime member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir and was a volunteer for Mayview State Hospital. Friends received Sunday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM, in Bethany Presbyterian Church (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
