Husband of the late Judy Kerr Harshbarger and his former wife Judy Kielty, father of Patty (Mark) Richey, Karyn Harshbarger, Donald (Sue) Harshbarger and David Harshbarger, brother of Daniel and the late Thomas Harshbarger, grandfather of Hannah and Haley Richey, Justin, Trever, Emily and Nathan Harshbarger.
