Age 89, of Bridgeville, on October 8, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Ray A. Fagan, loving mother of Bifford (Pauline Bakewell) Fagan, Cindy (David) Swanson and Leslie Fagan, devoted grandmother of Chris Swanson, Kelly Rae (Tom) Plute, Kaelyn (Steve) Fagan Paul and Kellan Fagan, cherished great-grandmother of Kamryn Rae Plute, Zackary Plute, Kendra Plute, Jaxson Ray Paul and Margaux Rae Paul, sister of Cleo Martin, David DeCarlo, Raymond (Linda) DeCarlo, and the late Rich (Helen who survives) DeCarlo and the Late Barbara DeCarlo. Charlotte enjoyed golfing with her friends at the former Wingfield Pines Golf Club and traveling with her husband Ray. Above all, she loved taking care of her family, whom she adored. Friends received Sunday, October 13, from 2-6 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 14, at 10 am, at Holy Child Church of Corpus Christi Parish, Bridgeville.
