Age 89, of Bridgeville, on July 3, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Eli R. Chabassol for 57 years; loving mother of Wade Eli (Jingli Zhang) Chabassol, Wayne Edward (Linda Mae) Chabassol, Eric David Chabassol, and Lori Chabassol (Gary) Lapham; cherished grandmother of Christie (Nicholas) Drop. Eli Chabassol, Adam Chabassol, Aaron Chabassol, Laura Lapham, and Joseph Lapham; great grandmother of Faustus and Alistair Drop; she is preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Candida (Fiorentini) Pruner and four siblings. Laura was a graduate of Bridgeville High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, and the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. She operated a thriving beauty shop from 1965-1996, and donated her time and skill to orphanages where she offered complimentary haircuts. A faithful member of Corpus Christi Parish, she volunteered for numerous church activities and festivals. She was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters; and a volunteer at Mayview Hospital and the Bridgeville Public Library Used Book Store for many years.

Family and friends received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Corpus Christi Parish.
