I met Brett through his Fiancé Lori. Lori is like my adopted daughter. I was visiting family and Brett was so kind to invite me into their home to stay and all we did was laugh and talk the Burg slang. Then he would mimic me because he said I had the Tennessee southern draw…he was always so good to my Lori and the bond they had between each other was like none other. My deepest condolences for the family and children and grandkids . And Lori I love you and the boys and will always be here for you. And God , I didn’t know Brett well but I’m sure he has you laughing and dancing up there in heaven. I will be saying many prayers for this family thru this unexpected time

Epitome of “the Pittsburgh dad”. Full of personality. Hardest worker I know.Very well liked. Most importantly, devoted father and p pap. Words cannot describe how much we will miss you down here. Heaven gained one hell of a person. My newest guardian angel. Until we meet again, Daddio. With all my heart, I love you forever. Your son, your son, the only one. Bretty boy.
