Obituary of Nicholas J. Arndt

Nicholas Joseph Arndt Age 42, of South Fayette Twp., peacefully passed away on June 14, 2024, after a long battle with cancer, in Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, surrounded by his loving family. Nicholas is survived by his parents, Kevin and Barbara (Burns) Arndt of Sturgeon Pennsylvania; his brother, Jason (Holly) Arndt of McKeesport Pennsylvania; his sister Brittany (Eric) Miller of Midway Pennsylvania; and niece and nephew Harley Miller and Gideon Arndt. Nicholas is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Evelyn Arndt of Bridgeville Pennsylvania and Robert and Joan Burns of Robinson Township Pennsylvania. Nicholas was born on July 11, 1981, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Kevin and Barbara Arndt. He was raised, with his two siblings, in Sturgeon Pennsylvania. He graduated from South Fayette High School in 1999. Shortly after graduation Nicholas moved to The City of Pittsburgh. He loved everything the city had to offer. Nicholas made friends easily and was often the life of the party. He was very unique and could put a smile on anyone’s face. Nicholas was a generous individual who loved spending time with his friends and who was passionate about always making others happy. Guests will be welcomed from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Warchol Funeral Home Inc. ,3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017. A service will be held on Thursday, 12 noon, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hillman Cancer Center Patient Care Fund.
