Obituary of Joann Carol Suhayda

Age 74, of South Fayette Twp., on May 13, 2024. She was born on December 25, 1949, in Canonsburg. A daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Vaday) Nahay. Joann was a 1967 graduate of South Fayette High School and a longtime employee of PNC Bank, where she worked for 45 years. She was a lifetime member of Holy Child Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers and Christian Daughter's of America. She enjoyed gardening and sunbathing at her pool. Above all, she loved her cats. She is the beloved wife for 45 years of the late Norman Albert Suhayda, loving sister of Dorothy (Vincent) Valent and the late Mary Eleanor Belak, and her husband Paul, who survives. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. All arrangements were private.
