To The Capo family
Please accept my condolences and know that I am very sorry for the loss of your Father .Gram Pap..brother...uncle.etc. Frank was such a nice man. I had the pleasure of meeting him back in 2006 through my friend Carol( his daughter).I used to look very making him laugh just to watch the expressions on his face. He never was unkind He was always polite towards me and excepted me for my comedy episodes. This family has suffered a great loss at such a very sad time as this. Frank will be so missed. He was an icon . I remembered riding in his 1953Packhard antique auto along with his daughter Carol and her lil dog Sugar Bear and being invited to the car show in Imperial one summer back. I remember going through every car and talking to Frank about the engines and other things related to the car. What a nice guy. Fly high My Buddy Frank with The Holy Angels and enjoy the heavens until we all meet again.

I worked for Frank at one time. Years later I had just got out of school and I went to Goodwill and got some suits for a new job. I showed them to Mr Capo who said they were not my size ( he was being polite because they were 2 sizes too big ) so he stayed late and for hours after his shop was closed he worked on the pants and he worked on the jackets and he made me look great. He refused to be paid. I suspect he knew I couldn’t afford it and he didn’t want to embarrass me.
There wasn’t any amount of money anyway that could equal the feeling of going into my new job looking and feeling on top of it all - all because he cared enough to help me when he didn’t have to. He was a good man and he made this world a better place. Good bye Mr Capo. Rest in Peace.
