Kathy and I met only a few months ago, but it was as if we’d known each other all our lives. We had so much in common and we had so much fun being roommates in the physical therapy facility that brought us together. We kept in touch after being discharged and I was making plans to meet up once the weather got nicer. I was blessed to meet some of the family as well. I have such happy memories of our time together. Rest in peace, my dear sweet friend.
I send my deepest sympathy to Kathy’s family. Your loss has to be profound. May your grief be tempered by your fond memories of Kathy.
