Obituary of Robert Clyde Faulkner

Age 87, of South Fayette Twp., on March 3, 2024. Beloved husband for 68 years of Patricia L. (Kopcho) Faulkner, loving father of Jeffrey Faulkner, Gregory Faulkner, and Monica (Andy) Sudar, devoted grandfather of Nicholas Faulkner, Tim Faulkner, Alyssa Faulkner, Matt Faulkner, Olivia Faulkner, Andrew Sudar, and Aly Sudar, brother of Carol Paternoster and the late Jack Faulkner. Mr. Faulkner proudly served his country in the Air National Guard. He worked for 38 years as an airplane mechanic for Allegheny Airlines and later retired from U.S. Airways. He was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan and enjoyed building model airplanes. Above all, he adored his grandchildren and was always there for sporting events and school activities. Family and Friends are invited to share in a Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, March 9, at 10 am, at Holy Child Church of Corpus Christi Parish. Interment will be private. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 333 E. Carson St., Suite # 441E, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
