Janet Lynn Hess, 73, of South Fayette, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 26, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Harold J. and Ruby L. Hess. She was the loving sister of Harold E. Hess (Kathy) and Stephan D. Hess (Mallory). She was fondly known as Auntie Jan to Shelly, Mike (Kristen), Morgen and Mitchel Hess and Great Auntie Jan to Olivia, Hayes and Tyler Hess.

She was a retired registered nurse for 51 years. She was most recently a supervisor at Family Hospice and Palliative Care.

She loved her family very much and cared very deeply about them. She was very generous and was always very eager to lend a helping hand to everyone she knew. She will be greatly missed by her family, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be held Monday morning, January 29, 2024 from 10-11:30 followed by a funeral service at 11:30 at the Warchol Funeral Home, 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15107
