I am sad to recently learn of Mark's passing. I knew Mark through our mutual love of glass and from the Carder Steuben Glass Association / Carder Steuben Club. I remember him as knowledgeable, engaged, and fun to talk with, and I always hoped to see him at our annual Symposium. His early passing is a loss to us all. My condolences to his family and friends.

So saddened to hear of Mark’s passing. Mark was my mentor in Airport Operations for 5 years and I learned an incredible amount from him. I thoroughly enjoyed working along side him. He could be a bit abrasive sometimes, or even just sound that way, but you just had to know how to take him. I’ll keep an eye out for a service for him.

A good friend of Marks from the Carder Steuben Club that met in Corning NY for our annual symposium. We became friends right away and enjoyed each others company. He surly will be missed as he was knowledgeable and informative. I surly will miss his friendship and knowledge about glass. He loved his glass and all aspects of the “hunt”. God speed Mark and rest in peace!! Mike Moline, Suffield, Connecticut
