Obituary of Tammy (Collier) Franklin

Age 54, of South Fayette, on December 18, 2023. Beloved wife of Norman W. Franklin for 29 years; loving mother of Breauna Franklin, Quentin Franklin, and Andrew Franklin; cherished daughter of Norris and Mechita (Crawford) Collier; loving sister of Nikki Collier, sister-in-law of Steve (Diana) Franklin, and aunt of Vanessa Franklin, Kyla Franklin, and Tomás Franklin. Tammy was the CEO of Dash-N-Dine, LLC Delivery and the founder and inventor of Fifi and Peaches Organic Dog Treats. She was a longtime member and former Deaconess at Second Baptist Church, Carnegie; where she served as Treasurer, Youth Ministry Leader, and helped families with college preparation. She was an officer of the Kingsbrook Homeowner’s Association and enjoyed roller skating and gardening. Family and friends received on Friday from 1-3 and 5-6:30 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a celebration of life service will be held immediately following at 6:30 PM. Memorials may be made to the Carnegie Boys and Girls Club or Second Baptist Church, Carnegie.
