Obituary of Colleen "Connie" G. Estok

Colleen “Connie” Grace Estok, of Scott Twp., passed away on the evening of December 3, 2023, at the age of 84, with her loving husband John and daughter Debbie by her side. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Marion (Sally) Reilly and her Brother Everett Reilly, Jr. Connie is survived by her husband of 63 years, John Estok. Their story is one of true love and devotion as John stood alongside Connie while she fought a courageous battle against cancer and diabetes. In addition, she is survived by her daughter Debbie (David) Henderson and her son John (Elaine) Estok. She is also survived by her pride and joy - her grandchildren, Tyler (Kristen) Henderson, Julia (fiancé Tyler Peterson) Henderson, Ashley (Aron) Ickes, and Brad Estok. Additionally, Connie is survived by her Brother-in-law Paul (Terri) Estok. She had much love for her nieces, nephew and many cousins and they, along with her friends, will miss her laugh and her smile. She had the innate ability to share a story or teach a lesson. She was always concerned for others and was willing to take the time to sit down and chat about anything. She had an appetite for knowledge, enjoyed word puzzles, reading, old movies, current events, and her beloved QVC. Her favorite place to be was at the beach, Ocean City Maryland in particular, with her family. She would get lost looking at the ocean, where the sound of the waves brought her peace and comfort. Her fierce loyalty for her family was driven by her love for each of them. She wanted nothing but the best for those she cared about and encouraged them to achieve their dreams. A private celebration of life will be held by the family. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers or gifts, that you keep a memory of Connie in your thoughts.
