Obituary of Steven G. Hollis

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Steven “Steve” G. Hollis, age 74, of Munhall, passed away peacefully on the morning of November 12, 2023. Beloved son of the late Steve and Marie Hollis. He is survived by his loving sisters Dawn Urban and Sandra “Sandi” (Charles Sr.) Sewchok; nephews George Hollis (Michelle) Urban, Jon-David (Luzmaria “Connie”) Urban, and Charles “Chuckie” Francis Sewchok, Jr; great-neice Natalie Marie Urban, and great-nephews Jon-David “Jack” Urban II, and Maximillian “Max” Hollis Urban. Steve followed in his father’s footsteps to proudly serve his country, and was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army. Steve rightly took pride in his service, and his family is comforted by the fact that he was able to celebrate one last Veterans Day. He was also a member of the Munhall V.F.W., Post #6673.
