Obituary of Norma Jean (Rutherford) Kulenich

Age 86, of South Fayette, on July 20, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Steve Kulenich; loving mother of Vivien (Howard) Tanabe, Esther (David) Creekmore, Stephen (Laurie) Kulenich, Nadine (Jeff) Sleigh, Karen (Robert) Murach, and Daniel (Kathy) Kulenich; cherished grandmother of Aaron Swansegar, Nathan Creekmore, Solana Tanabe, Nolin Tanabe, Evan Murach, and Lauren Murach; sister of Jesse, Linda, Martha, and the late Verna, James, Christopher, and Robert. Norma enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and reading. She was an employee of Woodville and Mayview State Hospitals. Norma loved her family and adored her grandchildren. She always looked forward to the fun adventures known as “The Girls Trips”. Family and friends received on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a service will be held on Friday at 11:15 AM. Interment to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice in memory of Norma.
