Dear family, I was so distressed when I heard of Joe's passing and wanted to express my deepest sympathies. Joe, aka, MDEWJunkie had a positive impact on our gaming community. He was the administrator of my gaming server for the whole time I had it. When I first started my UT server it was in shambles. I had no idea what I was doing. Joe came in and showed me how to manage it. Finally I said, Joe, WTH. You do it!!!! We had many wonderful times in game and on our Team Speak server, which he still has today, 20 years later. Joe made a great admin...... He wouldn't take anything off of anyone and would BAN them in an instant. That's what I loved about him..... He knew what was morally right and wouldn't let others get away with anything. He was very giving and would recommend we take up collections for other players in need...... Though I never met Joe in person, I certainly consider him a good friend and there are many others who share my sentiment. He will be missed greatly, but I know he is in a better place. Rest for now my friend. We will see you on the Flip Side/ Your UT buds.

From all your gaming Brothers & Sisters in the cyber arena,
Who've fought and laughed together for so many years,
Perhaps we will again some day,
On golden servers in Heaven.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Graham family that I’ve known for 46 years! Joe and his twin, Don were only 7 years old when I became life-long friends of sisters Amy and Judy. They were always a great family and we always (and still) have many laughs of our growing up years. There was never a dull moment at the Graham household and the twins were always up to some shenanigans, which was usually the center of all that fun, with a hilarious story that accompanied their latest adventure! I know Joe was a kind, helpful soul that assisted many neighbors and friends, as he was very knowledgeable in many, many ways and very unselfishly gave of his talents without thinking twice of lending a helping hand. God bless you, Joe, you will be missed immensely by many people that were fortunate enough to have you in their lives. My love and prayers go out to the beautiful Graham family during this difficult time.

How do you squeeze 30 years of friendship into a small paragraph? I don't think it's possible. Joe did too many things for me, my kids, and my family members to even try to list. He would literally do anything for his friends. He will be missed by a lot of people. I'm so sorry.

How would I describe Joe? Joe was not only my neighbor, but his family is like my extended family. The Grahams & Mikus family hold a special place in my heart. We all grew up together and shared a common bond. Our fathers were brothers in blue.Joe, was a good guy with a big heart, he would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He gave so much of himself but asked for so little in return. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
