Dear Paul, Leigh Ann, Sharon, Mark, their families, Jill and I mourn along with you on Peggy’s passing. “ Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” Please accept our deepest condolences, and know that God loves you and can restore your spirits, give you peace, and strengthen you. You will see her again. Peggy and Paul were one of the original builders on Partridge Way and Jill and I were the last. It was a wonderful place to raise a family. Peggy and Paul were among the first to welcome us there. We had great neighbors. Peggy and Paul became close friends. I know Jill really enjoyed Peggy’s friendship. Peggy always had a smile and she had such a good-natured laugh, that I will never forget. During our 36 years on Partridge Way, we had countless block parties to celebrate the holidays, birthdays, graduations and even a few parades. Most of the parties were held in the street in front of the Noble’s house. Jill and I along with you will always have those memories of Peggy to cherish.

Mr. Noble, Leigh Anne, Sharon, Mark and families, I was so sorry to hear about Peggy. When we were kids, she always seemed to me to be the “calm mom” and always composed, never flustered. I know she will be greatly missed by all. I hope you find comfort in each other and your memories.
