Obituary of Leona R. (Baye) Petach

Age 92, of Bridgeville, on April 23, 2023. Beloved wife for 69 years of the late John A. Petach, loving mother of Debbie (Thomas) Mountain and Lori Main, devoted grandmother of Christie (Michael) Zirngibl, Brad (Olivia) Mountain, Jocelyn (Bart) Blystone and Katelyn (Alex) Pitts, great-grandmother of Ella and Dylan Zirngibl, Haley and Carrie Mountain, Wells John and Brynn Lee Blystone, and sister of Dolores (late Paul) Thorp. An avid golfer and former member of Valleybrook Country Club. Leona adored her grandchildren and loved having family dinners. Services and interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies were private by the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
