Obituary of Virginia Lou (Johnson) Cancilla

Virginia Lou Cancilla, 81, longtime resident of South Fayette, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2023. Beloved mother of Mark (Patricia) Cancilla and Elizabeth (Richard) Linkchorst; proud grandmother of Matthew (Martha) Cancilla, Anthony (Sadie) Cancilla, and Nicholas Linkchorst; great-grandmother of Vincent Cancilla; dedicated and caring friend of Helen Kulenich; loving sister to Sue Tull and Stephen Johnson. Born in Louisiana and raised in Midland, Texas, Virginia truly loved calling Pittsburgh her home. She was a devoted Steeler fan and enjoyed needlework and painting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Sammy Johnson. Arrangements are private.
