Obituary of Wilma Betty Zavodnik

Wilma Betty Zavodnik, age 96, on February 11, 2023 at Juniper Village of South Hills. She was formerly of Kirwan Heights, PA. Loving aunt to Kenneth (Joyce) Zavodnik, Sheila Zavodnik and Lois (Kenneth) Erdman. Great-aunt to Gina (Raymond) Zumbo, Melonie (Glen) Dunham, Jessica (Brian) Buckham, Kelly (Ian) Phillips, Michelle Zavodnik (Galen Sisco), and Karl (Ellie) Erdman of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by many great-great (3rd generation) nieces and nephews. Wilma is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Elizabeth (Shepo) Zavodnik; sister, Mary (Alex) Lengyel, and brother, Andrew. She retired from PNC Bank after 47 ½ years as an administrative assistant. Wilma was an avid reader. She enjoyed travelling throughout the United States, Mexico and Europe and was known for her delicious lady-locks. She was a life-long member of Bethany Presbyterian Church. Family and friends will be received at Warchol Funeral Home, 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville on Saturday, February 18 from 11-12:30 after which a service will be held. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church, 740 Washington Avenue, Bridgeville, PA. 15017
