Obituary of Violet J. Lutz

Lutz Violet J. (Schucht) Age 92, of North Fayette Twp., surrounded by her loving family, on January 17, 2023. She was born on August 24, 1930, in Pittsburgh. A daughter of the late Harry and Bessie (Simms) Schucht. Wife of the late Charles F. “Bud” Lutz, loving mother of Charles F. (Carol Stenzel) Lutz, Jr., Ronald (Victoria) Lutz and Robert Lutz, and the late JoAnn and LuAnn Lutz. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Deceased are eight brothers and sisters. Mrs. Lutz was a retired cafeteria worker at West Allegheny School District, for over 20 years. She was a true “Indians” sports fan, never missing her three sons wrestling matches or football games. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and trying her luck at the casinos. But above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
