Obituary of Margaret Getsy

Getsy Margaret “Peggy” (Lutz) Age 86, of South Fayette Twp., formerly of Tarpon Springs, FL, on October 24, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Stephen B. Getsy, Sr., loving mother of Karen Ann Getsy, Lorraine (Michael) Pcholinsky, Marjorie (Randy) Berry and Stephen B. (Deb) Getsy, Jr., devoted grandmother of Michael Zane Pcholinsky, Carly Elizabeth Pcholinsky and Cheyenne Berry. Peggy was the last of her immediate family. She volunteered for the Tarpon Springs Shepherd Center and was a member of St. Ignatius of Antioch Roman Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and took great pride in taking care of her yard. Friends received Thursday, 4-8 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday evening at 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Gallagher Hospice or American Heart Association.
