Obituary of Marlene Danilo

Age 88, of Bridgeville, on August 30, 2022. Born October 13, 1933, in Hendersonville, PA; daughter of the late Joseph and Cecilia (Kusz) Gudac. Beloved wife of the late George “Sam” Danilo; loving mother of Marcy (Dane) Barzanty; cherished grandmother of Shane (Kristi) Barzanty and Zachary (Megan) Barzanty, great grandmother of Natalie and Camilla Barzanty and Baby B; sister of Joseph (Joann) Gudac, Stephen (the late Emma) Gudac and Dolly (John) Lucciola; also, many loving nieces and nephews. Marlene was a retired employee of St. Clair Hospital and a member of the SNPJ Sygan, Lodge #6; where she loved to hear polkas. She adored her grandchildren. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Country Meadows, Pathways Building and Three Rivers Hospice, especially Lynn and Ed. Family and friends received on Wednesday from 2-7 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a service will be held on Thursday at 11:15 AM. Memorials may be made to Holy Virgin Russian Orthodox Church.
