Obituary of Violet M. Rennie

Rennie Violet M. (Godwin) Age 90, of Presto, on August 7, 2022. Beloved wife of the late William H. Rennie, loving mother of Bon (Ron) Dvorak, Bill (Kathy) Rennie, Mindy (Dave) McCartney, Jim (Rita) Rennie and Lori (Dave) White, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late James and Mabel Godwin, sister of Linda Exler, Jim Godwin, Tom Godwin and the late Honey Lienard and Mary Lou Bertus. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Violet retired from Kane Hospital and later worked at the Presto Qwik Stop, for over 22 years. She loved going to the casino with her sister and daughters. She enjoyed Bingo, camping and sitting on the beach. Her family would like to thank Gallagher Hospice, especially Ericka, for her kindness and compassion. Friends received Friday, 1-3 and 6-8 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a service will be held Saturday at 12 noon.
