Obituary of Robert Alan Warshow

Warshow Robert Alan Age 75, of Carnegie, at peace on May 16, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved spouse of Sara J. (Kasavich) Dickson, brother of Gene (Catherine) Warshow, uncle of Alex (Diana) Warshow and Christina (John) Sitler, great-uncle of James, Emily and Owen, stepfather of Samuel, Amanda, and Elizabeth. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Harrold and Ethel (Schaffer) Warshow. Bob had an adventurous spirit, which he exemplified as a cave spelunker and as a member of The Boston Grotto, in his younger days. He loved gardening and writing short stories. He was also a former employee of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston. Bob’s family will be planning a memorial service at a later date.
