Obituary of Peter Liberatore

Age 101, of Bridgeville, on July 8, 2012. He was born on January 1, 1911 in San Demetrio, Italy. A son of Joseph and Louisa Leonardi Liberatore. On June 26, 1937 he married Elvira Liberatore, who died July 18, 2008. Surviving are two sons; Joseph J. (Barbara)Liberatore and John A. Liberatore, four grandchildren; Cyndi Anicetti, Joseph Liberatore Jr., Narin Liberatore and Peter Connan Liberatore, also 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Deceased is a sister; Valeria DiOrio and a brother; Andy Liberatore. Mr. Liberatore worked for Universal Cyclops, Bridgeville, for 48 years, retiring in 1976. He was a member of the Bridgeville Italian Club and the Reliable Fraternal Assoc. Friends received Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, 10 AM, in Holy Child Parish, Bridgeville, with the Rev. Richard C. Yagesh as celebrant. Interment to follow in St. Agatha Cemetery, South Fayette Twp.
