Obituary of Barbara Elaine Siyufy

Barbara Elaine Siyufy, 73, of Scott Twp., died Friday, July 30, 2021 in St. Clair Hospital. Born December 2, 1947 in Pittsburgh, beloved daughter of the late Jacob and Dorothy Gregg Rovers. 1965 graduate of Montour High School, active at St. George Orthodox Church, South Fayette. She was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing and was a registered nurse. She was an avid swimmer and was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are her beloved husband, Michael Siyufy of Scott; two loving daughters, Renee (Robert) Reed and Melanie (Mark) Stacy; a dear brother, David Rovers; a step son, Alex (Mindy) Siyufy; four grandchildren, Robert (Ashley) Reed and Jessica Reed, Gretchen and Timmithy Stacy; four step-grandchildren, Luke, Noah, Chloe and Elijah Siyufy; a great-granddaughter, Hayden Crouse, several nephews, and her dear friend, Najet Khuri. Deceased are her first husband, Frank Milletary and her in-laws, Frank and Alice Milletary. Friends received Tuesday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 9 PM in Warchol Funeral Home, 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 15017. A Trisagion Service will be performed Tuesday at 8:00 PM. Friends please go directly to church for services at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 3, 2021 in St. George Orthodox Church, 3230 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 15017 with Fr. Jason DelVitto as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. George Orthodox Cemetery.
