Obituary of Mary Virginia Davis

Davis Mary Virginia (Tomsic) Age 79, of Indian Land, S.C., formerly of Eighty-Four, PA, on July 10, 2021. She was born on September 30, 1941. A daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Novak) Tomsic. On March 12, 1968, she married John “Jack” Davis, who survives. Mary was a 1959 graduate of Canonsburg High School and a graduate of Robert Morris University. She worked at Sears Service Center, McMurray, for 25 years. An avid reader and crossword aficionado. She was a member of SNPJ Lodge 138, Strabane. Surviving along with her husband Jack are two children, Jeff (Tina) Davis and Kelly (Rob) Csuhta, four grandchildren, Megan Davis, Robby Csuhta, Mikey Csuhta and Kaitlyn Csuhta. Preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Henry Tomsic, and a sister, Veda Snarey. Friends received Thursday, 5-8 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a funeral service will be held Friday, at 9:30 am, with the Rev. John Dykstra officiating. Interment to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Twp.
