Obituary of John Frank Mittner Sr.

Age 70, of Carnegie, on February 25, 2021. Beloved husband of Donna (Keller) Mittner, cherished son of Betty Mittner, loving father of John Mittner, Jr. and Adam (Allison) Mittner, devoted Pap Pap of Zekiel, Charlotte, Kyazen, Benjamin, Luke and Emma Kate Mittner. John was a talented musician playing with many local bands and a member of the Pgh Musician's Union. He also devoted many years to the boys in scouting and mastered many trades including carpentry and computers. He was an avid Disney fan and loved spending time with his six grandchildren and always loved to help others. Friends received Monday, 3-7 pm, with a Masonic Service to take place at 6:30 PM, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a service will be held Tuesday at 11 am. Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America or American Cancer Society.
