Obituary of Dorothy Smelko

Smelko Dorothy (Walters) Age 90, of Bridgeville, formerly of Cecil, on September 24, 2020. Loving mother of Patricia Scott, Donna Hadix, Deborah Smelko, Linda (Frank) Martincic and Theresa (Dan) Kirsch, devoted grandmother of Sarina Johnston, Justin and Marshall Scott, Crystal Hadix, Joseph Cooper, Joey Lynn Clayton, John and Jeffrey Martincic, Danielle Urbaniak and the late Jason Hadix, beloved great-grandmother of Cody, Tatum, Liliana, Briana, Elliana, Keegan, Julia, Alexa, Calvin, Adrielle and Addisen, sister of Mary Agnes (late James) Delphus and the late Francis Walters and his wife Carol, who survives, Patrick Walters and Elaine Ellis. Dorothy enjoyed knitting and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Friends received Sunday, 2-6 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 10 am, at St. Barbara Church of Corpus Christi Parish (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Barbara Church of Corpus Christi Parish, 45 Prestley Rd., Bridgeville, PA 15017.
