Obituary of Samuel David Perkins

Samuel David Perkins, age 34 of South Fayette, went home to be with the Lord on July 5, 2020. Samuel was born May 30, 1986 at Magee Women’s Hospital. He worked at his day program as a shredder for McGire Memorial in Moon Township for many years. Even though Sam was disabled, he enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved to travel, play his radio, play being a DJ, play his guitar and drum. He also loved all types of music, especially Gospel being his favorite. He always made a joyful noise and praised God daily. Sam was the beloved son of Gregory Perkins Sr. and the late Gloria Perkins; brother of Gregory Perkins Jr (Sherry), sister Lisa Daugherty (Joseph), and the late Thelma Perkins; uncle to Gregory III and Evan Perkins. He is survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Arrangements are being conducted privately, by Warchol Funeral Home, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
