I knew Billy as a very young boy when Aunt Leah and Uncle Frank lived in Falconer, NY. He was a shy, quiet and sensitive youngster. Although my contacts with him were limited and brief, in my mind he was always “sweet William”.
I and my husband Richard were very saddened at the news of his untimely death. Our deepest sympathy to his sons and extended family.

I'm sorry I cannot attend the Memorial service for cousin Bill. My fondest memories are how Randy and Billy used to hang out. They were great friends into adulthood. He was a sweet and funny guy. Please accept my sympathies for you all. All my cousins, and Bill's kids. I know what an emotional time this is for everyone. I am so sad for you. Hang on the happy memories!
Love you!

Billy Roche was a master plumber, a father, a baby brother, and a nice, humble person. He obviously had a positive influence on the world, as manifested in the good personalities of his sons, Chris, Billy, and Sean. Separated by time and distance, I cannot appreciate all the wonderful things he did with his family members and friends in Allegheny County, but I will miss him and he will always remain my baby brother in my heart.
