I have known D for the past 30 plus years, and worked with her for 25 years before leaving L.B. Foster. We did have a special relationship. I'm thankful that we did stay in contact over the last 10 years. D was a very loyal friend. I will certainly miss her. We should all strive to be as strong as this woman. She was strong in every sense of the work. Very sorry I could not be there for this last celebration of your life.
