Obituary of Bettye Jewell Morgan

Morgan Bettye Jewell (Morgan) Age 81, of Washington, formerly of Bridgeville, on December 31, 2013. She was born on June 6, 1932, in Owensboro, KY. A daughter of the late Owen and Bessie Curry Morgan. On February 16, 1951, she married Robert Morgan, who died in 2004. Bettye enjoyed horse racing at the Meadows and loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving is a daughter; Darla Jo (Ben) Bolon, two sons; Perry (Nancy) Morgan and Terry (Suzi) Morgan, a sister; Shirley Lamb. Deceased is a son; Dana Morgan, a sister; Zemma Polley and a brother; Jack Morgan, also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Friends received Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a service will be held on Saturday at 11 AM, with the Rev. Joe DiDonato officiating. Interment to follow in Melrose Cemetery, South Fayette Twp. Visitation Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service Saturday at 11 AM, in the Funeral Home.
