Obituary of Elsie Lucas

Age 79, of Scott Township, passed away on August 15, 2013. She was born January 25, 1934 in Pelion, South Carolina; beloved wife of the late James Calvin Lucas, Sr.; cherished mother of Marian (Ray) Farrington, Murray (Lisa) Lucas, James Calvin Jr. (Renee) Lucas, Diane (Dennis) Dulski, Keith (Jody) Lucas and Dennis (Rhonda) Lucas; loving sister of the late Genevieve Cooper, SC, the late Gerald Hutto, GA, Jean Gartman, SC and Pete Hutto, SD. She was the proud grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 7; sister-in-law of Vernelle Hall, Mary Craft and the late Eva Mae Fanning and also survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Elsie will be missed by all who love her and whose lives she touched over the years. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333); where a service will be held on Tuesday at 11AM. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
