Obituary of Helen West

Age 86, of South Fayette died peacefully on July 29, 2013 after a long courageous battle. Born December 24, 1926, daughter of the late Mane and Duska, she was preceded in death by siblings George, Nick, Martha, Millie and Sophie; beloved wife of George V. West for 66 years; loving mother of Martin West (Fran) and George E. West (Mary); sister of Florence (Joseph); proud grandmother of Douglas West, Brian West (Becky) and the late Captain Jason West (Julie). Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 3-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333) and on Thursday at 10 AM at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church with funeral liturgy to follow at 11AM. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
